My daughter Kate is the Senior Assistant Librarian in Charge of Cataloguing at the Library for the House of Lords. One of my favorite things about her job is that she actually works in Westminster Palace, yep the place where Big Ben lives. She is able to take small private groups on tours and it has been fun to take a tour with her and see photos of tours that she has taken family and friends on. The photo on the right is with my brother, sister-in-law and some of their friends.
The lower journaling is some facts about the Palace of Westminster.
Wow, what an incredible job to have…to be surrounded by all that history. I can see why you love to visit her aside from all the interesting and yummy food you find! great pics, great layout and thanks for the little history lesson.
