I literally have 50 pounds of flour in my house. 40 high protein bread flour and 10 all purpose. I’ve got enough yeast to last me the year! I am so moved by flour and baking. I’d bake more, but there are only 3 of us. I’ve made bagels twice, rolls 4 times, many blonde brownies, regular brownies, coffee cakes… Oh the joys of flour!

I’ve been making banana and zucchini bread but haven’t been able to get any yeast yet. I relied a sourdough starter, but killed it.
