Sketch Round Up for March

March didn’t treat us very kindly weather-wise, did it? At least we had the sketch to entertain us when spring never arrived! And you all took the challenge to heart – we have some amazing pages to share!

Here’s the original sketch:

LibbyW created a fun page with a red accent that adds excitement to this boy page. Simple and eye-catching, with the focus on the photos.

Lori_Martin created a really beautiful digital page with lots of texture (“tex-cha!”).

Mojamm offered this adorable 12×12 page with some hand-colored embellishments:

ValerieS has a 12×12 digital page with some very carefully selected products. I love how her product choices support the page theme!

Christy Strickler got all doodly on us with a super-fun kitty page. I adore those hand-done doodles on the background!

Sueb_4 used a variety of photo sizes to celebrate a day at the sea. LOVE the little blue flag on the sand castle!

NotJoy stole my heart with those old-fashioned office tools at the top! (Did you notice she rotated the sketch?) What a great way to set the stage for an older photo!

Orange Gearle stayed true to her name with a fabulous bright and cheery take on the sketch (another rotation! Nicely done!).

Our winner, AnnD, took poetic license and swapped out photos for embellishments, rotated, flipped, and flopped. LOVE it. Ann, please email support at with your mailing address and we’ll get a little goodie out to you (LOVE the quote, too!).

Thank you, everyone, for participating. It’s so fun to see what you do.

You can still add your version to the ScrapHappy gallery. It’s never too late to create!
