Day 24
Prompt:
Day 24: Saving Mr. Banks: 2013 Centered on the development of the 1964 film Mary Poppins, the film stars Emma Thompson as author P. L. Travers and Tom Hanks as film producer Walt Disney. Deriving its title from the father in Travers’ story, Saving Mr. Banks depicts the author’s two weeks of meetings during 1961 in Los Angeles, during which Disney attempts to obtain the screen rights to her novels.[4]
Story: In the film Walt Disney has tried for 20 years to get the rights to the Mary Poppins stories, as he has promised his daughters he’d produce a film based on the books. Scrapbook about making a promise, or go ahead and make one for the future!
Technique: In true Disney fashion use red, yellow and black on your layout.

What a fun prompt! You know I was thinking, I don’t really think about dreams. Then I said, well, my son dreams all the time! He dreams of being taller than me! Every time we go to the doctor, he can’t wait to see how tall they say he is so that he can compare our heights. This last trip, they told him he was just about 5’1”. I thought he was going to jump for joy right then and there. This really is the perfect dream. It will be coming true some time next year, but for now, I’m still taller. 🙂
I also used the technique challenge. I’ve got tons of Disney colored papers at the house, it is so easy to find things that will work.
