In Episode 77 of the ScrapHappier Podcast Alice talks to Alison Day from Knot Just Yarn. Alison helps Alice out with all kinds of ScrapHappy to-dos, and it was time to introduce her on the podcast. Of course, that lead us to talk about the reasons we scrapbook and we dove into some pretty deep thoughts about the reasons why we scrapbook and what we’re trying to achieve.
We talked about the guilt of not doing more scrapbooking, the pressure to catch up, what we want our scrapbooking to look like, and what we do instead sometimes.

Meet Alison Day
You may know me as one of the owners of Ladner Village Arts & Crafts and maybe you took one of our classes or attended one of our events there. With the closure of that store front, I knew I needed to establish a space in South Delta where my customers could come to get the quality yarn, hooks, needles and advice they’d come to expect.
I also love to create and couldn’t imagine my life without some sort of daily creative endeavour. Whether it’s one of my (many!) crochet WIPs, or a card I’m making for a friend, or a scrapbook layout that allows me to tell the stories of my family life, I am always working on something.
