A Message from Janet
Hello Beautiful! I have been scrapbooking for 24 years. Hard to believe I have been dedicated to this hobby for that long.
In that time, I have learned many aspects of scrapbooking, worked with manufacturers, taught many classes/workshops,
hosted crops, created a YouTube channel, started an exciting Patreon group and taken THOUSANDS of photos all along the way.
Scrapbooking is simply a hobby for me, and one that I am very passionate about. I still get giddy to create kits, plan layouts,
play with color and design, work with challenges, explore new product, scrap with others and most importantly, I LOVE to TALK
about this rewarding hobby! At this point, scrapbooking really is a major part of my daily life and Recording ‘my’ Story. Absolutely!

A Message from Khristina
Hi! My name is Khristina Sorge and I have been scrapbooking and creating with paper ever since I was kid. My very first scrapbook was simply a spiral bound notebook where I wrote notes and stories and used scotch tape to add my favorite treasures. Yes..I still have it! Throughout college, I worked and taught classes in my local scrapbook store while recording my stories. I then continued by memory keeping and storytelling with three amazing children of my own. Over the past few years, I have really jumped into scrapbooking industry even more and have had the amazing opportunity to serve and inspire others on several different design teams including such companies as Clique Kits, Paper House Productions, Wild Whisper Designs, SpiegelMom Scraps, and many others. I have a very active You-Tube channel and also run my own custom kit curating business out of my home called The Secret Not Secret Kit Club. I also teach online classes, have a shop of unique embellishments and pre-cut cut files, and am blessed to be part of lots of other crafty adventures!

A Message from Layle
Howdy friends! I’ve been scrapbooking for the past 23 years, since the birth of our first son; it seems like it’s been since the beginning of time! After more than 12 years working in the scrapbook industry for various manufacturers, a year ago I took my love for all things paper & planning and made a BIG leap to go out on my own and focus full time on growing my Layle By Mail business offering scrapbook project kits, traveler’s notebook kits, products & accessories by mail.
I’ve been teaching for the last 17 years & have had the amazing opportunity to travel the world teaching and making connections with other scrapbookers & crafters that share the same passion for the hobby. Besides crafting, I love traveling, reading, shopping, decorating, binging on Netflix, dieting (ok, not really!) and spending time with my husband as new empty nesters!
To catch up with me, my recent projects & shenanigans, you’ll find me here –

Hello! I’m over the moon happy to be included as one of the instructors for this event. I am 41 years old and the mother of 2 boys and 2 furbabies. I am a stay-at-home crafter and an autism mom. I have a chronic illness which limits my ability to be out and about so the online crafting community is a big part of my life! I love to read, and I like to cook, but I’m not a fan of laundry or dishes! Im so happy to be a creative artist in this industry! I like to try all.the.papercrafts and mixed media. My true obsession is stamping and patterned paper! I love teaching and sharing what I’ve learned for the last 19 years I’ve been creating, mostly on my YouTube channel but I also create and teach more in-depth classes on my website.

CLASS: La, La Love These Layers
Tazhi will be sharing foolproof tips for creating layers and texture to your projects!
A Message from Tazhi
My name is Tazhiana Gordon and I’m a 29 year old crafter from Brooklyn, NY. I live with my husband and two kittens, Astoria and Minerva. I discovered the whole idea of memory keeping a few years ago and always kept albums of photos throughout high school. It wasn’t until August of 2016 that I stumbled onto the memory keeping community on Instagram and plunged headfirst down this rabbit hole. Since then, I’ve added different mediums to my repertoire and I think I’ve finally developed a personal style. I love just about all mediums this hobby has to offer, from pocket pages to large traditional scrapbooking. I think there is deep, deep value in telling your own story and not letting someone else tell it for you, and that is what keeps me attached to the glue and the paper and the stickers. My creative goals include finishing a year of Project Life, dusting off my wedding album and continuing to document a life well lived. When I’m not making, I’m drooling over what other people are making, writing or listening to music. It’s an absolute joy to be able to share my stories with you!
